Questions hosts ask

Do my guests need to download an app?
No. The guide opens in their phone browser as soon as they scan the plaque.
What if a place closes or goes downhill?
Tell us, or we will spot it on our regular checks, and we will swap it out.
Can I add my own favourites?
Yes. Your picks go in with a note that they come from you.
Do venues pay to be included?
No. Nobody can buy a place in a guide. That is why guests trust it.
Where do you cover?
The beauty of our network of experts is that we can cover pretty much any areas. These guides are put together by local people so you can be confident that only the best places get chosen for your guests.
What happens if I stop paying the yearly fee?
Your guide goes offline at the end of the year you have paid for. The plaque is yours to keep.
